Horrible Moving Company.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I will never use the company in the future and I recommend they you don’t either. On June 2, 2016 my mother passed so on June 12, 2016 I contacted Alpine Relocation and scheduled to have a grandfather clock, a small table and three boxes moved from San Diego to Denver. I explained that it was very important that the items be picked up before June 30, 2016 but they could deliver the items at their convenience. They assured me that the items would be pick-up on either June 29, 2016 or June 30, 2016. I attempted to contact them several time between June 20-28, 2016 to confirm the items would be pick-up on time but they never answered their phone including the 24/7 number listed on their website and the emergency number given on their recorded message. I left numerous messages explaining that it was urgent they call me. Finally on June 29, 2016 they called and left a message that they would pick-up the items on June 30, 2016. They never scheduled a time and in fact never showed up on June 30, 2016. After calling at least twenty times on July 1, 2016 during business hours they finally answered their phone and explained that the earliest they could pick-up the items was July 2, 2016. They were rude and it was obvious that they didn’t care that they inconvenienced me or my family. Because I couldn’t trust them to pick-up the items and they had to be removed from my mother’s apartment no later than July 2, 2016 I had to drive from Denver to San Diego rent a trailer and drive the items back to Denver.

Great experience.

Very proffetionals !! highly recommended . I moved a month ago to California and used alpine relocation to do my move. They packed everything for me with labels and stickers and used double wrapping crating for everything that's frugile. The price stayed the same , we agree on $3400.00 and they didn't charged a penny more . Thank you Alpine for great experience.

Long-distance move from California to Utah

Late delivery, poor communication, & over priced.

We used Alpine to move earlier this month. Assuming they would be helpful. Turned out to be a huge mistake. We ended up paying over a thousand from the estimate cost, & delivery took a month. The communication was poor. Including Alpine there were four separate groups involved in the move making communication really difficult as well as terms of service on contract. Never again!!

Great Service!

I've use Alpine Relocation to move back to Los Angeles from San Francisco. I got referred by my cousin. I had a great experience with them. They made it on time, carefully wrapped my belongings and nothing was broken during the trip. Overall I'm happy with the service and the staff. Thanks Sandy for all the help.
